Do you enjoy taking pictures? Ever tried taking pictures? If not, now’s your chance to see if you enjoy it! Show us what you’ve got! Enter the 4-H Photo Search Contest.
This contest is open to any 4th thru 12th grader, and you must follow the rules below.
Rules
- Any 4-H member may submit entries. Photos must be taken by the member making the entry.
- The 4-H’er submitting the entry cannot be in the photo submitted.
- Snapshot must be an original.
- Entries can be digital.
- Entries must be 3 ½” x 5” or 4” x 6” in size.
- No framing of photo allowed.
- Only 1 photo entry per 4-H member.
- Entries must fit the theme stated.
Helpful Hints
When taking a picture, consider your subject and the most important thing to capture in the picture. Move in close to the subject. This will help eliminate background distractions, so your subject is the center of attention. Keep your picture simple, to create a strong image.

Any Photo that reflects an animal, it can be a pet, a wild animal or an animal at the zoo.
